How we work
Every engagement starts with a free audit and, if it makes sense for both sides, grows into us owning the technical side of your channel. You get something concrete at every step — and the numbers to judge us by within 60 days.
Free audit
We look at the live site the way customers and search engines do: which searches you miss, where visitors drop off, what slows the site down, what could take it offline. It costs nothing and takes about a week.
You get: a written report on where the site loses customers, yours to keep.
The plan, in plain language
The brief is on us. We walk you through what we found and what we’ll do about it, ordered by what it’s costing you: what’s losing customers now, what’s a risk, what can wait. We also agree what we’re measuring, so the first movement is visible within 60 days.
You get: a prioritized plan with effort per item, and the metrics we’ll be judged by.
Fixed-scope modernization
We take the top of the roadmap as a defined piece of work with a fixed price and a fixed date. Changes to scope are quoted before they happen, never after.
You get: the work delivered, documented, and measured against what we agreed.
Ongoing partnership
Patching, monitoring and a known number of engineering hours every month. The online side of the business stays up, stays current and keeps bringing in enquiries — without you hunting down a different specialist for every task.
You get: the technical side owned end to end, so you can get on with running the business — see support plans.
HOW WE COVER GROUND
A whole codebase reviewed in a week, not a month.
Automated tooling is what makes that pace possible: it reads dependencies, flags known vulnerabilities, measures every page and drafts routine fixes across the entire system at once.
The judgement stays with a person. A named engineer chooses the approach — what to keep, what to upgrade, which tools to use — reviews every change, tests it on staging and signs off before it goes live. Nothing reaches your live site unread.
