Privacy policy

We collect only what you send us through the forms on this site, use it only to answer you, and delete it on request. No advertising trackers, no data resale.

1. Who we are

Gabsoft, Chernivtsi, Ukraine, is the data controller for personal data submitted through gabsoft.io. For any privacy question, write to privacy@gabsoft.io.

2. What we collect

Data you give us in the contact and audit forms: name, company, email address, website URL and the content of your message. Basic server logs, including IP address and browser type, kept for security and retained for 30 days. Aggregate, cookieless usage statistics with no individual identification.

3. Why we process it

To reply to your enquiry and prepare the audit you asked for (steps prior to a contract), to keep our own systems secure (legitimate interest), and to meet accounting obligations where a contract follows (legal obligation).

4. How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not become projects are deleted after 12 months. Client records are kept for the length of the contract plus the statutory retention period. Server logs are deleted after 30 days.

5. Who else sees it

Our email, hosting and CRM providers, acting as processors under contract. We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it for advertising.

6. Your rights

Under the GDPR you may request access to your data, correction, erasure, restriction of processing, portability, and you may object to processing based on legitimate interest. Write to privacy@gabsoft.io and we will respond within 30 days. You also have the right to complain to your national supervisory authority.

7. Cookies

This site sets no advertising or profiling cookies. Only strictly necessary storage is used, which is why you are not asked for consent.
